Anh-Khoi Trinh was a Canadian Science Policy Fellow at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). He completed his PhD in Physics at McGill University, where he studied theoretical and mathematical physics describing subatomic particles and quantum gravity. Throughout his graduate studies, Anh-Khoi strived to make science and research more equitable, diverse, inclusive, and accessible by inspiring the next generation to pursue careers in science (science communication), improving physics educational curriculums (science education), and advocating in support of better policies for the next generation of researchers (science policy). He was a president and also a board member of the Canadian student-led non-profit Science & Policy Exchange (SPE), which aims to foster and elevate the next generation in Canadian science policy. Anh-Khoi is passionate about policy for science topics that strengthen the global foundations of science, research, and innovation.
