Valentina Hernández is an engineer in Molecular Biotechnology and an MSc in Public Policies. She worked at the Public Policies Division of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation in Chile, and worked as a specialist advisor in technology and knowledge transfer. She also assessed different initiatives for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
