Professional in the fields of sociology and psychology, pursuing a PhD in Sociology at the University of the Republic. His doctoral research, officially recognized as being of “Institutional Interest” by INISA (National Institute for Adolescent Social Inclusion), investigates relational dynamics within juvenile detention environments.
Federico holds a Master’s degree in Sociology, along with specializations in Psychoanalysis and Socio-educational Practices. He has also completed numerous training programs in research methodologies and social sciences.
He has contributed to the implementation of technical and psychosocial programs at INISA. Since 2022, he has served as a researcher and technical advisor on public policy, playing a key role in the systematization of organizational processes within the institution. His professional experience also includes teaching roles in specialized courses and diploma programs. Additionally, he has actively participated in international conferences and published numerous articles and research papers, focusing on the psychosocial impacts of working in confinement settings and the dynamics of juvenile penal systems.
