Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Vigilancia y Lucha Antivectorial del MINSAP, Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RESUMEN EJECUTIVO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SAT-DENCLIM es una iniciativa innovadora de alerta temprana bioclim\u00e1tica para anticipar el riesgo de dengue mediante la integraci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica, entomol\u00f3gica, virol\u00f3gica, epidemiol\u00f3gica y socioambiental. Frente al impacto del cambio clim\u00e1tico en la expansi\u00f3n de enfermedades transmitidas por vectores en Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe, propone pasar de respuestas reactivas a una gesti\u00f3n preventiva basada en evidencia cient\u00edfica y acci\u00f3n anticipada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sustentado en la metodolog\u00eda de Bult\u00f3, el sistema combina \u00edndices integradores, modelos predictivos, an\u00e1lisis espacial avanzado y vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica para identificar patrones de riesgo y condiciones favorables para la transmisi\u00f3n del dengue. Su dise\u00f1o flexible permite adaptarse a distintas escalas territoriales y fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta de los sistemas de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementado inicialmente en La Habana Vieja, Cuba, SAT-DENCLIM genera mapas de riesgo, niveles de alerta y pron\u00f3sticos de uno a tres meses, orientando intervenciones preventivas en zonas vulnerables.
