For more than 15 years, she has collaborated with academic. community, and government partners to support the development of climate adaptation strategies for health sectors.<\/p>\n\n<p>Over the last four years, Dr. Stewart-Ibarra has led the lAl&#8217;s scientific programs as the Institute&#8217;s Science Director. She has been instrumental in positioning the lAl and partner organizations at the science-policy interface to address the challenges of global change in the Americas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Her work demonstrates a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
