class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IAI,\u00a0an\u00a0intergovernmental\u00a0institution\u00a0that\u00a0brings\u00a0together\u00a019\u00a0countries\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Americas\u00a0to\u00a0strengthen\u00a0science,\u00a0capacity\u00a0building, and\u00a0science-policy\u00a0dialogue\u00a0on\u00a0climate\u00a0change,\u00a0biodiversity, and global\u00a0change.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FONPLATA,\u00a0with\u00a0more\u00a0than\u00a050\u00a0years\u00a0of\u00a0experience\u00a0financing\u00a0regional\u00a0integration\u00a0and\u00a0sustainable\u00a0infrastructure.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;agreement&nbsp;will&nbsp;create&nbsp;a&nbsp;shared&nbsp;space&nbsp;where&nbsp;scientific&nbsp;evidence,&nbsp;public&nbsp;policy,
