Fellows
The IAI’s STeP Fellowship Program brings together an inter-American network of early-career scientists and professionals with policymakers and decision-makers, researchers from various disciplines, mentors, experts, host institutions, and strategic partners. This community of practice promotes the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned at the nexus of science and policy. At the same time, it builds relationships with collaborators, friends, mentors, and contacts for life. STeP strives to be a model of effective and equitable collaboration throughout the Americas.
