The IAI’s Science Program is based on the Institute’s broad Scientific Agenda and aims to fulfill the IAI’s mission. It stems from a strategy of integrating the natural and social sciences, in a significant interdisciplinary effort to provide useful scientific information to decision-makers and policymakers in the Americas working in areas related to global change.

Transdisciplinary Academy
The IAI’s TD Academy provides training on transdisciplinary science (TD) approaches and skills to advance knowledge and practice in global environmental change research and inform decision-making in the public and private sectors.
