The IAI carried out an assessment of the scientific knowledge, research capacities, and institutional opportunities and constraints related to the impacts of climate change on biodiversity in the tropical Andes of Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
Several publications were developed as a result of the assessment project led by the IAI. These publications are based on the consultation process with numerous professionals and institutions from the Andean region. They represent the consensus opinion of the scientists and stakeholders involved
