Gabriela is a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies, University of São Paulo (USP). She holds a PhD in International Relations from the Universidade de São Paulo and King's College London, a Master’s degree in Economics, and an undergraduate degree in Law. Since 2014, she has been a researcher at the Center for International Negotiations Studies (CAENI/USP). Her expertise lies at the intersection of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) with public policy and diplomacy. Her work explores how scientific advancements shape effective public policies, emphasizing the role of science policy and diplomacy. At the IAI, she supports the Science Diplomacy Center.
