Tam Pham is a PhD candidate at Dalhousie University with a research background in biophysics and biochemistry. As a science policy writer, they have experience in working with different Inclusion-Diversity-Equity-Accessibility (IDEA) spaces with a strong focus on Accessibility in science communication, science education, science outreach and science innovation technology (STI) policies for communities with disabilities from their lived experience, writing science policy editorials and working with different Canadian STI policies non-profit organizations such as Society for Canadian Women in Science & Technology and Canadian Science Policy Centre. Outside of STI policies, they create science outreach content about biophysical instruments to better engage with youths.
