Gabriela is a post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Advanced Studies, University of São Paulo (USP). She holds a PhD in International Relations from USP and King’s College London (KCL). Since 2014, she has been a researcher and lecturer at the Center for International Negotiations Studies (CAENI/USP). Gabriela’s expertise lies in International Relations, with a focus on the intersection of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) with public policy. Her work explores how scientific advancements inform and shape effective public policy. Her research interests include Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), Global Environmental Change (GEC), and socioeconomic development.
